- 1 liter of water
- 120 g of noodles
- 2 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 pound chicken gizzards
- ½ onion
- A piece of celery.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Wash and cut chicken gizzards into small portions
- In a pot with water, add the chicken gizzards and place to cook for about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and the carrot, cut them into cubes or pieces, as you like, the carrot can be grated if desired.
- After 5 minutes, add the previous ingredients to the pot, also add the carrot, the piece of celery, the noodles, pepper, and let cook until the potato is soft, about 15 minutes.
